What is Business Process Automation?
Business process automation takes routine work your team does by hand and makes it run on its own. It does not have to be accounting work, though we commonly see it there. We start by understanding the context behind each workflow before we propose and implement a solution, so the process becomes more hands-off and frees up time and energy for more value-added work in your business.

Most firms will tell you a process is inefficient. We design and build the replacement for you as a fixed-scope project. Project work is quoted and agreed separately due to the customization required.
You get the whole list, not just the build
The assessment turns up more candidates than are worth building at once. You get all of them, ranked, including the ones we think you should leave alone for now. That makes your next project a decision rather than a discovery. If we keep your books too, we revisit the list as your business changes.
